- Please ask for the registration form via e-mail or phone.
- As soon as we agree with your registration, we will send you the invoice. To validate your booking a 25% deposit is required. The balance should be paid 30 days before departure. We accept Visa, Mastercard with our secure form hereunder, e-interac, bank transfer.
- Once we receive the deposit, we will send you a written confirmation of your booking.
On line payment
Pay your deposit or a payment to Alayuk Adventures, use our safe and fast payment form.
If we, Alayuk adventures, cancel the trip, we will refund the total amount paid.
If you cancel the trip or if the trip is cancelled due to an “Act of God” (like extreme temperature, natural disaster or every situation that Alayuk Adventure is not responsible) :
- more than 90 days before departure, we will refund the deposit.
- 30 to 90 days : We will refund half of the deposit.
- Under 30 days : No refund.
You should have your own travel cancellation insurance or it is possible to transfer your booking to another trip with us.
